Christmas is... Just another Day to us all
To those of you who follow me and are older, do you still like Christmas? The truth is that as I've gotten older I've lost the charm and I feel totally disconnected from the festivity.... Like New Year's, sometimes I feel that there is no difference from one day to another. But this year, all I've doen is give and give, even for commissions. But lately... I feel like nothing has been given back. It's like so much was taken from me. I thought Christmas could be a relief, but because of this year lately, it's just a disconnection from happier days. I think I'm at that point where Joy is taken. I feel a tad better for writing this down though.

Hello again. On an update, due to the lack of commissions, I have decided to put up adoptions. Mostly on design concepts that I have yet bothered to use, but felt they needed a good home. They're not all that expensive, as they are all worth 5 dollars. PM me if you'd like to adopt. Payments can only be Paypal.

Still in Hiatus, but today, I am so... cheesed off. Someone wanted to commission me to draw in the style of another artist. But I don't do that. They say that it broadens my horizons, but it just takes me away from the style that I do stuff in. It's not me! It feels like I am copying the style and going further away from my style that I've worked so hard on since High School. I will draw what you ask of me, but one thing I am fed up with is drawing in another person's style. An artist's work is a reflection of them. Their thumbprint. It's unique like a snowflake. And to just try and make it into someone else's it's not only insulting, it's self-mutilation. So I say this to all the people who are wanting to do that: $*%&#^)(^)&^)*&%(*&%(*^%*&^%*&^R. What I just said there... I can't say here, because DA's censorship might as well filter out cursing and stuff. Might as well censor that. Anyway, I feel better writing this out.
