Brushetta

Well, folks, it's been a while since I posted one of my favs.  This little one is an Italian dish of a Brushetta:  It's basically a bagette sliced into thin pieces, topped with a mixture of tomatoes and onions diced up and mixed together with some oregano, basil, a few other herbs, and baked with parmesan cheese on top.  The bread was a bit too thick, but it was to die for when you take that first bite.
